Pros

There is a an ongoing focus on quality and improvement of the customer experience. This extends to improving the lives of the associates, and to supporting and improving the community as well. The leaders and employees in this organization are walking the talk.

Cons

There are limited opportunities for career advancement in my position. However, they try to compensate for this within the organization by offering opportunities for professional growth, training and learning.

point system, not very many awesome benefits for employees not living in Utah

Pros

Organized Exciting Motivating Remote 24/7

Cons

Passing a backgro0und check is not in their job listings and only get brought up after you pick up and set up you equipment and already started training-I cant pass one and would have saved us all time and myself the sadness. I did list crimes on paperwork they sent us after starting job authorizing background but they waited til report came in a week into training before big test to discuss it and had to pull the job offer. Honestly think it would have been an ideal fit and they stated the same but policies are policies.
