      Pros

      I really appreciate how dedicated everyone is to working together to a common goal. The culture is great, everyone gets along. I work strictly remotely and that has not been a problem. I love it and I appreciate that the company allows me to do that. Work life balance is great. Everyone is very respectful of my time. When I am not at work I don't have expectations to be focused on work stuff. We are also reminded to take time off. We have unlimited PTO but I feel like the company does actually want us to take all the time off that we need.

      I am pretty happy with how things are right now.

      Great place to work

      Pros

      A team that cares about the company, customers and people. They are focused on growth while maintaining a culture of caring about one another with a stone like resolve to exceptional customer service. It is a fun, fast paced, exiting place to work and company to be a part of.

      Cons

      Internal promotions have decreased over the years with more and more externals being brought into the company slowing the rate of upward mobility. But the externals have been rock stars in our speeding our momentum as a company.
