One solution might look like slightly increasing your scheduled work hours to add an additional 15-minute break to your day. Another solution might look like decreasing your scheduled hours with the option to pick up additional shifts. Stepping away from your desk during a break can be a simple but helpful way to disconnect and recharge. We even award wellness points for simple actions like going for a walk outside, listening to meditative music, or journaling. Mental health is important to us, and we offer a variety of tools and resources, including free access to virtual licensed therapists. We understand. Life can be stressful. In addition to offering the option to work from home, we provide a number of great perks and benefits.
