Pros

Good food, lots of company events. Also discounts on eye stuff.

Cons

Terrible work atmosphere, and a lot of upper management/marketing people that don't really understand their role at the company.

Good PTO & bonus

Pros

Live chat bonus pay $0-6 per hour. Typical is about $2 extra per hour based on sales metrics. Great PTO options using points & paid hours. They are very organized when it comes to working from home.

Cons

It’s a customer service position.,. But good opportunity to move up or to a different team if desired

great teams, cool people, good benefits, decent enough pay for the job

Cons

Not many, it can be difficult to keep up with expectations or to be discouraged by mild mistakes that take away your bonuses.
