Easy to work your way up to make more money if you put in the work.

Cons

Micromanagement is very common from people that are not even management.

Managers choose favorites so unlikely to be promoted unless very outgoing.

Pros

They say they don’t have turnover but the back to back calls and the fact they’re always begging people to work OT begs to differ. They have certain stats they want you to meet but it’s never good enough.

Cons

Work from home. Good company culture.
