I have seen amazing things take place at 1-800 contacts. They are striving to help people to do their best. It's a place for second chances and accountability. This is a company that lives their values the best they can. They don't claim perfection but claim authenticity.

Cons

People stay forever here so I don't see a lot of career growth opportunities. It is a really place to work.

As you mentioned, because of low turnover and high tenure across the company, advancement can be slower than associates may have experienced in previous workplaces.
