Pros

work from home, there is literally no other pros about this job.

Cons

Terrible culture, current agents that work there can never think of anything positive to say besides that it’s work from home. Managers are clueless and unhelpful and will say “Idk” to any question about policy or customers. There is no sense of job security, the company will fire in batches for no reason and will not give you an explanation. The pay is too low for what you’re expected to do. You’re expected to make the company 5x what you make, talk to 3 customers at once, never tell the customer no, and you will still be told you’re not doing enough or meeting metrics. Metrics are impossible to meet and are just set up because the company is money hungry and greedy but does not give back to their CSRs. CSRs are treated as if they’re disposable and are shown no appreciation. The culture and working here is very depressing. Besides the work environment, managers and higher up are very avoidant towards POC workers, getting their names wrong on purpose and also being zionist, sending out pro israel propaganda emails.

Pros

- The benefits package - Diversity - inclusive of people from all walks of life.

Cons

-This job is not how it was portrayed in recruitment. I was told light sales and more customer service. This is you will sell or you will be cut. So if you know that going into the job you will be fine. -High turnover- again its all about sales, so so many people are not making the sales you get cut -The fake personas are real. Its portrayed as this family oriented, peace to all good spirited company in reality they are just wanting you to bonus so that the share holders make money. -The other review that talks about if you have a bad chat day it can make your sales go down tremendously. - The dreaded point system- for taking time off. -the pay is low for what the job actually entails.

Pros

Lots of company perks. Lots of parties and fun events.

Cons

Pay is bare minimum. The bonus structure is a joke.

Thanks for the feedback. We'd encourage you to chat with the Director of the sales/service channel about the bonus structure. Maybe there's a better structure you've thought of that we haven't We are definitely open to hear it.
