      Pros

      A lot of companies talk about making their culture better and taking better care of their employees, but 1800Contacts actually follows through with it. I really enjoy the culture and the people I work with and for and I feel challenged and appreciated. I think the best compliment I could make about the company is that I look forward to coming into work every day or working from home as the case has been. All the benefits they offer are amazing as well.

      Cons

      No place is perfect, but these guys are pretty dang close. You may not like it if you are not a self starter and motivated to get stuff done and work hard.

      Pros

      For those who are looking for a company who will invest the time back into its associates, this is the place for that. I have worked with so many associates who are driven and know what they want in their careers. Their managers have been so great to work with them to get to that next step.

      No company is perfect, but we are working on it.
