Pros

Great people for the most part. Nice gym and restaurant for employees

Cons

Pay is low and it’s hard to advance without killing your self. To micro managed and stressful for so little.

- PTO policy (Unlimited for professional roles and fair policy for call center roles) - In-office perks (Grill, Full gym, fun environment) - Management - Benefits and Discounts (great employee discounts for glasses, contacts, and way way more)

Pros

This is one of the best companies I've ever worked for. This company shows compassion, care and support for their employees. The people department (hr), manager and all the way down to the supervisor are very supportive even with outside of work issues and the pay is pretty decent. I have no complaints with working here and I love the relationship I've built with my coworkers.
