Pros

Pretty good tech stack Pretty clean code base Decent support from the business towards IT objectives

Cons

No annual cost of living raise No performance bonuses Small match on 401k No PTO (they call it work/life balance; it really means you have a limit on your days off but they don't accrue and you don't get to cash anything out if you leave before using it) Pay is low, and it is very difficult to get a raise. The equipment they provide is terrible, and trying to get a machine that actually works feels like pulling fingernails.
