Pros

- Competitive benefits - above average pay - (emphasis) fantastic company culture... every single person here is genuinely desirous to help you. I'm blown away every day by how genuinely kind and helpful people are. - great product with top placing spot in respective industry.

Cons

- pay is above average but not top echelon. If you're shopping FAANG salaries, look elsewhere. This should be self-evident. - KPI's can be poorly formatted which can lead to poor macro direction.

Pros

Work from home for the time being, some contact benefits for you and your family & if you like sales you can make extra money on bonuses.

Cons

Hard core sales work for no where near what sales jobs pay for, they provide you a month of "training" which does not prepare you for anything, they are denying time off like crazy for no reason and the rest of your "training" will be with a coworker who has only worked here a month or so longer then you and has no idea what they are doing. If you work full time it is next to impossible to meet your goals and no one cares. They say they do but if you ask for help they will actually punish you instead. I just want to be clear that if you were like me and thought this was a customer service job (phones, chat, text, email, ect) your job is NOT customer service it is hard core sales and if you are not offering the most amount of sales and some how "not bullying" but "educating" (cough cough) your customer into purchasing the max amount of contacts and solution with EVERY conversation no matter the situation- your life will be nothing short of HELL. I am not anti 1800 Contacts but I truly wish someone would have been upfront and told me so I would not have gone through a month of training to realize. 1800 Contacts is right up there with Wells Fargo and those online colleges who non stop call you every day and bully you into sales. I truly wish I could tell you everything in this review with out risking losing my job because you would cringe. I am begging you to reconsider and not apply here unless it is an office job. Those are the only safe positions.

A major area of focus as a leadership team is to provide a great work experience for our associates. Included in that is ensuring we set new hires up for success through providing the best training experience we can. We'd love to chat more with you if you are open to it. We definitely don't want any of our associates to feel this way. If you're comfortable discussing possible solutions and providing more feedback, please reach out to your business partner Carter Southam or the head of your channel Courtney Hughes.
