Pros
Used to be a pretty a nimble company that some would consider as competitive with what were deemed as a few niche solutions. Unfortunately... various management and bad decisions have helped the company lose its way and competitors have surpassed its product capabilities. I will say the comp and benefits were pretty competitive though.
Cons
Combination of management that are very much ill equipped to know what they should be doing along with very strong minded individuals that are dead set on doing things in old and ineffective ways had become a cancer at 1010data. Often wondered why things were allowed to get so bad...especially in the sales leadership roles. Many key people have already flooded the exits for departure. Growing # of unhappy campers internally matches the increasing amounts of dissatisfied customers.
