More Structure: I feel like the company is adding more structure into each job. We have goals now to help us accomplish new things in our career. This feels like a huge upgrade since I got here, and I feel like I am going somewhere here in this company. Makes me want to stay.

Cons

Midtown East: It's a bit of travel from my current location, but once I'm inside the office, it's a lot better.

A lot of reviews already talked about the smart people and interesting work. This is true, but the work quickly becomes frustrating when priorities change daily and when senior management insists that their way is the only way of doing things. The quality of the people has deteriorated as good people continue to leave.
