Lots of smart people. When I was there, engineering leadership was empathetic, smart, knowledgeable, and had an opinionated vision about the future. Good location. Good snacks. There were a few chances to interact with people who are rock stars in the industry.

Cons

The leadership transition from the old guard to the new had a lot of trust and love in it. Unfortunately, trust and love weren't enough and the new leaders didn't do a great job balancing a high-risk pivot with the management of existing business. This happened at a time when the industry was pivoting, so many unfortunate things happened at once. Loved the trillion-row spreadsheet and the entire idea of democratizing ad-hoc analysis.
