Most of the pros are specific to the department that I was working in and the people that were working in my team in the beginning. - Good base salary - Management practices - Solid team (Head of the dpt, PMs, other devs) both for tech expertise and interpersonal skills - Flexibility (no micro-management in the beginning and I had a saying in what I would prefer to change/work on)

Cons

Some of the cons are recent and may not replicate the long-term company's vision - Churn rate - Technical debt - Support for legacy code - Lack of transparency over processes - Management practices

If you are incompetent, there's a chance you can survive at 1010 and not get discovered.

Cons

-String of bad CEO picks have irreparably damaged 1010's prospects. Truly breathtaking how bad they have been. -All the smart people have left, the remaining are either fresh out of college or can't find anything better. We can't service our clients anymore and the frontline teams don't know anything and rely on the core tech team for basic troubleshooting.
