I’m sorry that a former employee feels this way. I would like to correct some facts. 1/ Glassdoor reviews are anonymous and 1E cannot remove them as stated in this review. This does mean that anyone (employees, competitors, etc) can post reviews. All we can do is suggest that the reader uses their judgement to decide when a review is valid or junk. 2/ Tachyon is a real-time platform which massively improves the Work from Anywhere (remote working) experience of all employees. If this is not relevant technology today then what is? We all are incredibly proud of this ground breaking technology, you can see it in action for yourself at www.1e.com/tachyon. Our revenue from this platform is more than doubling every year so the market seems to agree. 3/ Over the last year we have also helped the entire industry think about how to embrace hybrid working with the Work from Anywhere research and conferences, https://wfaconf.com. We have over half of the fortune 500 companies attend these conferences. The next conference is on 24th March. 4/ The entire 1E leadership team and I take our responsibilities very seriously. This is why the company has grown almost every year of it’s history from £500 seed capital to $50m ARR. We try incredibly hard to be inclusive, fair and help all our people grow. You can ask any current employee and you are likely to get this answer. Irrespective, I wish you well and hope you find a company and role better suited to you.
