      Like any fast growing company there are speed bumps along the way as processes and structure are being defined. You need to be comfortable with change and autonomy and coming to the table with suggestions on how we continually grow and elevate

      Pros

      The people are welcoming, smart and incredibly talented. The leadership team have a healthy growth mindset while striking a balance with history, core values and helping individuals/teams thrive. The work is exciting and what you contribute has a direct impact on the end experience. A high level of autonomy and trust for you to do your best work.

      Cons

      No real cons but the usual challenges to solve at a high growth successful business. Mainly rooted in breaking down silos, pushing more into the collaborative thinking mindset, and switching from a product led way of working to an outcome / experience led way. This is already taking place at a leadership level and is working its way through the business.
