Great benefits / Leave Huge priority given to ERG / DEIB Initiatives (If that’s important to you) Remote work

Cons

You’ll see your coworkers once a year…. Great motivation especially when everyone is struggling. You will get lucky to get any inbound leads unless you have a good patch. The rest are cherry picked from management to their faves. Management is one of the worst, totally disconnected from reality and treat employees like children at times. Employee survey is quickly passed under the rug as if we’re doing so good…. Yet most reps are quitting every week, go figure. Salaries and OTE is way below market value. Many people took a pay cut to join a rocket ship, yet nobody is making any money.

- lack of structure - poor management - unrealistic sales targets - favouritism with management - lack of growth opportunity - insane pressure coming top down - no structure in sales org - little to no support from management - Poor product enablement - shouldn't even be
