Cons

Products are catered to SMB, Mid Market, not Enterprise ready Aside from 1 annual org. trip, there are no organized events to build team culture

Pros

If you have a good manager and find some friends, this is okay.

Cons

If you're not one of the cool kids then you'll likely not enjoy your time here, Promotions and opportunities are generally based on who is the most popular group of people. There is very little equal opportunity for anyone outside of a certain type of person. Professional growth is almost impossible unless you're very good at socialising in the "typical" way.
