Pros

The only pro is that the Recruiters come together and offer each other morale support because of the verbal abuse continuously, daily demonstrated by the Owner, Michelle Bell.

Cons

The owner, Michelle Bell of the company is the con. The high turnover is a con. Recruiters will be there for one day or one week and quit immediately because of the verbal abuse you will experience from Michelle Bell on a daily, hourly basis. There are no benefits (PTO, sick leave).

Pros

There are no pros that I have experienced with 1st choice

Cons

1st Choice LLC has done nothing but lie and manipulate for it's own benefit. They do not consider the needs of the employee. When I first encountered them I was informed they had a temp to perm job available. I asked "What would be the duration of my temp contract?". I was told "1st Choice has had a contract with the client for 7 years". A red flag I ignored, thinking it was a misunderstanding and I could get more information during my interview. I completed the interview where the client also told me it was temp to perm. Once I got to the job location I was informed it was an indefinite contract and the only way to get out of temp status was to apply with the client directly. Which I did, but then I was told by the client that I was not qualified for the position. Despite the fact they hired me with the same credentials through 1st Choice. Additionally, the onboarding process with 1st Choice was rushed. They did not confirm the location of the assignment until 3 days before I reported there. Leaving me with no option but to travel much further than I was willing to go for a job. The location was not included in their posting, when asked directly where the position was they where elusive about the information, as though they did not know. Prior to beginning the assignment I was told the client offers their employees spring and fall breaks and therefor they where unable to contact the client to answer my questions. I asked "What about my employment during these breaks? Do I get PTO from 1st Choice?" I was told rather hastily told "They'll have something for you to do" That was completely untrue, a blatant lie attempting to keep me from backing out last minute. The NEVER Choice. I'd score them with 0's if I could.
