family owned company, good people to work for. work hours are great 830 -530 except wednesday it 830-130

managers need to be watched a little closer. it seems they think they can come and go as they please because they are salary leaving all the work load on the employees left in the office. some managers dont back their staff throwing them under the bus. always make sure you have a witness when speaking with a manager concerning any aspect of you job. if you dont it's a he said she said situation and you will loose.

Good opportunity to learn about the industry

Upper management makes and sets goals that are impossible to reach and sets you up to fail by making pre approved loans to the general public with no basis and collection is impossible while blaming the manager for the deficiency. Retaining employees is also extremely difficult due to the impossible workload and expectations of overtime.
