Pros

Hours, half days on Wednesdays

Cons

We are giving yearly goals that are near impossible to reach, which is what determines our raises, so that they can give us the bare minimum raise. The higher up your title is the less you have to do and the more you make while CSR's who actually do the work get the least pay and bonuses which only happen once a year. Managers are not held accountable. No room to move up. Micromanaged and unable to make decisions on our own. "Christian based company" which means little diversity. I could go on ..

Pros

I'd describe the culture as pretty positive. I liked the people I worked with, and there were way fewer games than at other finance companies.

Cons

Pay was MUCH lower than the industry average. If not for that, I'd still be there.
