Very easy work with simple tasks.

Cons

Management is horrible and treat your poorly. Very hard to get a raise. Customers also treat you as if you are less then them. Would highly not recommend working as a CSR.

We have great teams everywhere I have worked in the bank. Everyone works hard, but is able to have a good time.
