Nice people good training, but it’s a tough gig with lots of people leaving after training when the reality of the limited ability to get things done kicks in

The systems and accountability structure conspire to render customer satisfaction a tall ask

I enjoyed nothing about working at 1st Source, other than my coworkers were nice.

Cons

Micromanaged, underpaid for the amount of work you’re assigned, lied to in interviews, get treated like a kid, company makes you pay to park in their garage.
