Pros

Good image in the community, 401k, free employee checking, dental, optional vision, vacation. paid holidays, HSA account, good branch coverage.

Cons

Poor management, high turn-over in operational departments, does not value employee relations, different rules for employees (no consistent, fair practices), don't advance employees within the company, no opportunity for growth, very poor medical insurance.

Great company overall, but dysfunctional Marketing leadership

Pros

Excellent company with long local history. Employees get along very well together, and there are opportunities for lateral moves among departments. Excellent 401k program!

Cons

In general, pay could be better. Marketing Department is under new leadership, although "leadership" may not be the right word. New CMO arrived mid-2016 and has proceeded to drive away all but one of his direct reports.

Pros

They are diligent about providing the training you need to grow in the position you are hired for. They offer great benefits and are family oriented.

Cons

They tend to pay to little for the positions in the retail side of the bank. other than that I don't have too much to complain about!
