- Partnership with Samsung team is strong

Cons

- 2020 Manager wasn't involved in any day to day, or any work in fact. (Samsung manager was our direct report, outside of 2020 Company). - This lead to 2020 manager to have no relationship with her team members when actually needed. - 2020 Manager Promised Raises, increases in Bonuses, at 2 different times within a 12 month period. A huge issue when these false promises were brought attention to, which lead to higher ups attending conference calls to say we are NOT getting such promises.

The company culture is fantastic. They invest in your growth and ensure you have the tools needed to be successful for our clients. The main goal for everyone is to solve for yes whether it's for our clients or for our teams. Support teams truly support field teams and executives are invested in what we do but give us autonomy to execute in our own way.

Cons

Low pay for entry level staff creates a revolving door; while this is due to contractual obligations defined by clients we need to find a way to solve the issue to retain top tier talent and recruit quality candidates.
