good work/life balance. good benefits.

Cons

upper management are very insincere. they act like they're celebrities that you'd be lucky to talk to. they constantly tell people they can reach out, but anyone I know who has, hasn't gotten a response. internal comms is on the floor. many problems in the company could be fixed if they had a basic grip on internal comms. the values are also just for show. they don't seem to live by any of them.

Pros

Informal, diverse and accepting culture. Very "come as you are". Good office amenities, gym, snacks, drinks. Fun launch events and all-hands. Free launch games. Good 2K Leadership with clear goals and direction on future outlook and how the publishing group will contribute.

Cons

Salary is noncompetitive with tech, the domination industry in the area. Being a subsidiary of another companies has its challenges. Gaming is not immune to macro-economic trends. Mid size with old tools and processes, slow to change and limited in support. Benefits, stock and other comp is average.
