There is a lack of initiative and accountability within the team culture. Employees tend to follow processes mechanically rather than actively solving problems or taking ownership of improving the store. Even obvious issues are often ignored if they fall outside someone’s immediate responsibility. There is also a lack of professionalism at times, with staff having personal conversations and speaking in languages that exclude other colleagues during work hours, creating an unwelcoming and less collaborative environment.

You are at the mercy of the customers, especially at the buy in counter. Customers can twist your words against you if there’s any problems, be very cautious as management will save themselves and not u. Friendly colleagues BUT when things get messy they will turn your back on u and act like nothing happens.
