Pros

- really innovate space - the people are amazing, smart, and willing to help and support each other. I made some great professional mentors and friends while there - very much a “build each other up”/team environment - the applications are great, I used them as a consumer and I believe in the purpose they serve clients

Cons

- certain roles have a clear next step/path (like PM to Account director), but certain roles (Data/BA) have little advancement if you want to stay within that dept/area of work. - benefits are average, compared to competitors in the tech space, areas like health insurance, paid familial leave, sick/pto etc could be improve - hardly ever a 40 hour work week. Felt like everything was “on fire”. Many nights working til late. From conversations with friends still there, it’s seem to improve lately. Hopefully a lot of this is growing pains and will improve as the company grows/matures.
