- Company Culture: Truly great. The culture revolves around giving and rewarding praise to your peers. Cross-departmental communication could not be easier, everyone is always willing and able to help. Weekly/Sprintly Company-wide meetings cover topics such as each department's Sprint highlights, insight into the Short/Long team Business Strategy, and even bitesize Fun questions. - Experience in the Space: It is a fast-paced, dynamic environment providing 3D/AR/VR solutions for the Major Home Goods Retailers. New innovative solutions are scoped and developed each year across the many teams at Marxent, alongside the multitude of updates to existing solutions. This has enabled me to add to the 3D Online Visualisation space, and become regularly exposed to new solutions and technologies across AR/VR. - Start to my professional career: Employment at Marxent has enabled me to develop my interpersonal skills both with clients and colleagues internationally. There is a defined career path, and a great personal and peer review process in place. It's clear that the Senior team want you to upskill, build others up, and take on more responsibility when the time is right.
Cons
- Though there are regular meet-ups and face-to-face meetings with both colleagues and clients, having been remote working out of the UK myself, it would be great to secure dedicated in-person workdays.
