Culture, culture, culture. They make promoting a positive & team oriented culture their number one priority.

Cons

Might not be a con for everyone, but you need to have the ability to self manage your workload as well as communicate clearly with management what you have accomplished since a majority of work is remote now.

Great Culture meets Best Coworkers

Pros

Marxent is the only place that I’ve ever worked where I actively look forward to starting my day. My coworkers have become my best friends and I have the honor of working with some of the smartest people I’ve ever met. Work life balance is almost always great and management deeply cares about their employees. You will also always be able to learn new things.

Cons

There is a TON to learn and if you are not the type of person to ask questions when you have them, you will struggle. However, there is always someone eager to help and everyone would much rather you ask now instead of fix mistakes later.

Work with very intelligent and helpful group of people. Everyone is willing to help out when needed. We're not afraid to take on large challenges. Company is leader in an emerging market. Get to learn and develop in new technologies.

Company is aggressive to maintain market share. This does make it a challenge to meet goals, leading to working more hours.
