anybody could get 15 days onsite visit (ONCE IN 3 years) to DS France, visit tasks can be handled through video calls. Managements may ask commitment in written/mail format after each such visit.

Salaries are just above the average (10% more than big service based companies)
there are thousands of sycophants present, managers favors them n expects everybody to follow these cheap people.

Management announces lucrative referral schemes-- later recruitment dept finds the resume of reffered candidate from various job portals; claims candidate approached via portals --> unique way of hiring and saving money ;)
