Pros

Co workers are pretty great!

Cons

I feel compelled to share my brutally honest review of the company I had the misfortune of working for recently. At first glance, everything seemed promising—the company projected an image of a fantastic corporate culture that was inclusive and supportive. However, it wasn't long before I discovered the harsh reality lurking beneath the shiny facade. Oppressive This company has absolutely no regard for its employees, and it is an absolute cutthroat nightmare to work for. One of the most glaring issues with this company is its complete lack of consideration for the well-being and opinions of its employees. The moment you dare to voice any concerns or suggestions that deviate from the notion of perfection, you instantly become the target of the company. Instead of fostering an environment where constructive feedback is valued and encouraged, they actively silence dissenting voices and promote a culture of fear and conformity. Zero Diversity and Inclusion In addition to the oppressive atmosphere, it became painfully clear that there was a severe lack of inclusion and diversity within the company. It's disheartening to witness an organization that claims to value its employees completely disregard the importance of representing a diverse range of backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives. The company's homogenous makeup not only stifles creativity and innovation but also perpetuates systemic inequalities in the workplace. High School Gossip Gossip runs rampant in this toxic environment, poisoning professional relationships and corroding trust among colleagues. Instead of fostering a culture of collaboration and open communication, the company encourages a toxic cycle of backstabbing and rumor-mongering. It is disheartening to witness how much time and energy is wasted on idle chatter rather than focusing on meaningful work. Deceitful Pay One of the most frustrating aspects of working for this company was the deceit surrounding compensation. Initially, it appeared that the pay would be competitive and fair. However, I quickly learned that the sales cycles were excruciatingly long, lasting up to three years. Moreover, management had no qualms about arbitrarily reassigning sales from salespeople without any valid reason or explanation. This not only created an unstable and demoralizing work environment but also made it nearly impossible to achieve any financial stability or career growth. Almost No Career Growth Opps 3form offers almost no career growth opportunities, and, to be honest, even if there were growth prospects available, I questioned whether I wanted to pursue them due to the toxic nature of upper management. The toxicity emanating from the leadership team was palpable and I was in constant anxiety when receiving internal calls. All in all, this company stands as one of the worst I've ever had the displeasure of working for. Its complete disregard for employee well-being, lack of inclusion and diversity, toxic gossip culture, and deceptive compensation practices have left a lasting negative impact on my professional life. I strongly caution anyone considering joining this organization to think twice and evaluate the potential consequences before committing to such a toxic and unrewarding experience.

Pros

- The Benefits are pretty good, but expensive (On-site Clinic and gym) - There are company events - While there is a lapse in structured training, co-workers are usually happy to help - Management is easy to approach and communicate with - Management is flexible and seem to care about employees - 3form is all about process improvement, which is nice to experience; there is a lot of change and trial and error

Cons

- The pay increases are not inflation-friendly - There seems to be some favoritism of employees and cliquey-ness in the office - Employees are only allowed to work from home 12 days a year when the job is easily done from home when needed - Company has the JUST label, but racial and sex based demographics are only proportional to the state’s - which is the bare minimum (the label is somewhat participating in tokenism of minorities and women) - Lack of diversity

Pros

Onsite gym and personal trainers

Cons

Office politics is their favorite game over there. Many VPs not over my department would hover over my team and go straight to HR if there were any issues, bypassing my manager. After going out of my way to help another individual in another department for a project they needed my expertise on, I was given an unofficial write up because I didn't do my job (even though it was what my manager asked of me). A few individuals in senior management are sexist, if you show any normal amount of masculinity, they will make sure you feel like you are not welcome in their presence. The IT Department is a joke. After returning all my equipment (computer, monitors, etc...) I was harassed by HR to return it, threatening that they would take it out of my last paycheck. IT also has signage showing how long it's been without a 'major' incident (usually the number is low meaning incidents happen often in that department), which shows that maybe the company is not in good hands. I have also heard of 5 separate instances where HR took legal action on individuals who left the company or trying to leave, stating if you work at this other company (not even in the same industry) we will sue you. Oh, but they won’t sue you if you are a woman (female team lead left and convinced 2 other females to join her at a new company and zero legal action was made), restating the sexist themes.
