      Not much to say here.

      Cons

      Mandatory overtime. Senior management is terrible. It's an 'us vs them' attitude. No SOP documentation. Very little in the way of statical process control.

      Cons

      Bullying , harassment , sexual harassment , intimidation , screaming , yelling , curse words constantly used , if you dislike these things this is not the company for you .
