      Could not have worked for worse place. If I only new any better before taking this job. If you like real job, don’t touch this place. Not recommended AT ALL.

      Will hire anyone that can walk in the door. poor pay very very poor management us vs them mentality mandatory overtime and weekends hemorrhaging customers strong culture of blame

      Pros

      I'm confused by the negative reviews. The benefits are good - much better than any job I've ever had. The company cares about their employees and customers. They are investing in state of the art equipment. Moving their headquarters to Deland shows how committed they are to us.

      Typical manufacturing - sometimes we have mandatory overtime.
