Communication is lack luster as part of management is diverse and leaves out details sometimes they expect you to proof read they're instructions and give them feed back on what they screwed up on. (Remember to have your work instructions up though)

After our company was sold to this company Most employees were under scrutiny. New company welcomed us at first and then discarded us like trash within a short time. Most of the employees let go were very knowledgeable and very devoted to their jobs, but they would not allow themselves to see that. They made a poor choice not to work with good employees. If you work there just beware, make sure you’re in their click, that will ensure you are treated with respect from management.
