Pros

100% payroll in mexico, insurance benefits, good job environment in Colima and mexico City, they give you English classes to improve

Cons

HR no have idea about the people, if you need something you need call to Merida to solve your problem, HR in Merida NOT talk clear with the people, the CEO No take fast decision, they don´t have career opportunity. people in Colima have big restrictions to grow. big quantity of the leads are in Merida and they only give grow opportunity to people from Merida, the company no offer training. the pay is poor if you decide dedicate 2 year to the company they don´t give you a rise. the company not support you if you decide do a certification. when you decide leave the company they maybe try to offer you a better salary but the increase is too poor or maybe 4th source take 1 or 2 week to give you an answer.

Pros

- Great salary in Mexico - If you have to work onsite the allowances are great. - Great benefits if you are on US payroll ( 17 vacation days, 11 holidays) - Vision, Healthcare and Dental insurance no cost at all for the employee.

Cons

- Upper-management is really unprofessional in order to get thing done you have to be friends with them - In Mexico you have to work 50 hours per week. - Salary in US is super low around 60,000 USD ( 50 to 65k)
