Pros

Good relationships built with coworkers and vendors.

Cons

Controlling bosses, uncertainty from upper management, layoff regularity, Speedway employees being favored over 7-Eleven employees after the acquisition, no promotions within our group. One major one was pay discrepancies within positions; speedway employees came in making 50-75% more than 7-Eleven employees for the same position and that discrepancy was never rectified.

Pros

you can get good experience

Cons

Cannot bring in Starbucks or other outside food/drink because for some reason 7-Eleven officials think Starbucks is their competitor... not quite sure what reality they're living in.
