Pros

Great benefits (Gas discounts), some great leaders (depends on team), great work life balance; and some great people to work with.

Cons

No hybrid working schedule (depends on team but overall you need to go to the office 5 days a week); Micro-management (could be different by different teams); No discounts from the store downstairs (which they pride themselves with it as being the "Best 7-eleven store in the Continental U.S."

Pros

Great perks as an Area Leader with all expenses paid car, laptop, phone and business expenses.

Cons

Long hours. Unreasonable workload with limited resources. Upper levels of management are completely disconnected from the day to day realities. Company has been through THREE reduction in forces in the last 9 years and follows the same cycle of reduction and then hiring and creating new positions about 1 year after each RIF event.

Pros

Lots of room for advancement if you are willing to put in the work

Cons

Multiple acquisitions and poor integration of new companies into existing software have led to duplicate tasks with different work flows
