      out of touch with corporate employees

      Pros

      a paycheck. They rent your time. Recognize this aspect of it and you will do just fine. As they franchise they need fewer and fewer corporate employees.

      Cons

      constant downsizing leaves corporate people out. If a more efficient placement service could be developed, it would give the employees more confidence.

      Pros

      Great benefits for corporate employees, diverse customer pool, always something to do/ never a dull moment. Friendly staff and management. Proficient training.

      Cons

      Repetitive work days. Not the best salary. Not a lot of opportunities to advance in the store. Not always the best customers.

      Pros

      Shift work makes it easier to work multiple jobs. You would have to have other jobs because they're always cutting hours. They usually cut hours at Christmas, just when you need them most. If you don't celebrate Christmas, then you won't mind working every single one. Expect an inspection on Christmas if you work in a company store. Instead of dropping by to cheer up the loyal and hardworking people who are trying to work short-handed, they show up and do an inspection to highlight all the things that they say are wrong and then complain and threaten everyone.

      Cons

      allow other employees to abuse you work every weekend and holiday forever promised raises regularly but did not deliver no advancement expect you to do the work of 3 people never stop criticizing always cutting the labor budget
