Pros

Visible results Decent Bonus structure Freedom Flexibility Size allows for ease of vacations and time off Growth is attainable and encouraged Training program is thorough User friendly set up, all in store tasks can be taught and assigned to even the lowest associate

Cons

Amount of daily paperwork Requests of upper management result in a "has to be now" mentality Communication from Home office to operations is spotty, mainly due to lack of concern from the human error Constant changes based on contracts with other companies

Pros

working day to day providing excellent customer service. Completing computer and hands on training to move up in company. Field consultants very helpful in getting you to advance to management if that is what you are looking for. Pay increases after every certification of training. Learned to write orders and inventory as well as category manager. Co workers and management are like a family and we have fun working together and customers can see we love our job.

Cons

people frequently call in or quit at the last minute and you are constantly running around the store.

Pros

Experience - if you can work here, you can work just about anywhere. You are your own boss as most of the time you are working alone in the store. A lot of regular customers.

Cons

Minimum Wage - higher pay is rare unless you stay forever and become invaluable to your boss. They don't want to work at night! You are expected to run the place by yourself. There's a lot to get done and if you have a bad boss, they make it even harder on you. A bad location means you get crazies in frequently. Expect to have something happen to you, from stealing candy to fraud to armed hold up.
