      Pros

      Flexible, good pay and bonuses, pretty much make your own schedule, decent benefits, low stress

      Cons

      Tone deaf, too many high priorities, management doesn't follow through, unrealistic expectations, promotions based primarily off who gives the best case study, this company is truly scatterbrained. One day we are "food champions of the world", the next minute we are shoving toy helicopters and water speakers down the throats of stores. Where is the focus?!?!

      Pros

      The best thing of working here is the experience you can obtain. You get to learn every aspect of running a business. Will benefit you when searching for employment with other companies within the field.

      Cons

      No work/life Balance for Store Managers. Salary does not compensate for the amount of work and responsibility corporate store managers have to endure. Poor communication between District Management, FC's, and store managers. They don't tell you in the interviews that it is a 24/7 job. Even when you are not in the store working, you are working because employees will call, FC's will call, or you will have to pull double shifts for call outs, etc....
