Pros

Health insurance cost is very low. Senior management actually cares for & appreciates the little guy. As we have grown considerably the last few years ownership maintains the small company family atmosphere. wants to promote from within & keep the Pyle culture

Cons

As it is a logistics company some trends from competitors are followed. the big one being spouses aren't eligible for health insurance in most cases.

Pros

The culture at Pyle is very friendly and family like. Your team becomes your family.

Cons

The company itself is definitely stuck in the past. The technologies they use are extremely outdated and not user friendly compared to other companies. Pyle is too cheap to upgrade the majority of their technology and they'll say that to your face when you ask why they don't upgrade. It is also not a woman friendly company, which seems to be a thing of the past. My female collogues noticeably get treated differently than my male collogues. Also, if you work here you'll have to fight for your raises and any bonuses you may deserve.
