Pros

Great pay, supportive staff, relaxed atmosphere, low stress, plenty of opportunities to grow and move within company. Good when it comes to accountability.

Cons

Lower fulfillment, but that comes with the job, and the fact that im still at the entry level. Schedule changes from week to week, but again, just part of logistics. Secret Shopping could catch you on a bad day, but that's just chance.

Pros

Management was attentive and interested in the success and happiness of their employees. They took an active role in making sure all employees understood the industry and how each person could contribute. Coworkers were generally friendly, and it was a pleasant place work.

Cons

Pay was average. Dress code was a bit strict, but it was a financial institution so that's to be expected.

Pros

I love working here! A+ has a friendly culture and really cares about their employees. They offer frequent avenues to judge the climate of the organization through employee surveys, which is appreciated. Although the company is quickly growing, they manage to maintain a family-like atmosphere; even the CEO knows your name and takes the time to ask how your day is going! Great Benefits: -Generous 401(k) match -Employer contribution to HSA -Investment in Employee Development including an exchange program, tuition reimbursement, and internal university -Wellness program

Cons

You won't get rich working for a nonprofit organization... But hey, that's not why we do it!
