Pros
In my department the work hours are flexible, the dress code is fitting for the work we do and my manager understands the importance and life outside of work. By far the flexibility I have been afforded is what keeps me here. Second biggest pro is that I have had and witnessed many people advance here based on their hard work ethics. I also really like that the management team really does seem to be member focused in their decision making, so much so that sometimes they seem to be too member focused.
Cons
Constant new projects being rolled out with little to no time to regroup. I do sometimes feel like I'm in a rat wheel because this place seems so fast paced in terms of project roll-outs.
