A Company You Can Actually Grow In

Pros

-Great salary and benefits -Very collaborative -Supportive administrative staff -culturally diverse -Allows you to grow with the company and promotions happen quickly. AGES is the first company that I have worked for that really appreciates and supports their employees. Multiple opportunities for growth are frequently presented and encourage. AGES is flexible and takes your opinion and suggestions into consideration.

Cons

-organization can be lacking at times - training is minimal (however it is provided when requested)

Just what I was looking for

Pros

Everyone has been so friendly and supportive. I feel like they value employees and providing quality services to clients. Admin, BCBAs, program supervisors, and RBTs all collaborate and work together. I feel like there is a great work/life balance.

Cons

Only con is as a BCBA I am in charge of scheduling duties, but they are currently working on a plan for this.
