Pros

Before my departure it was the helpful staff. The supervisors are helping (excluding founders), they are informative. Ultimately it was the staff.

Cons

The founders are passive, reviews are NOT annually, no more benefits. The company is not transparent and will change policies without notice. I recommend to have a paper trail.

Pros

The people you work with are the best part. It's hard work, but the compassion from everyone is inspiring. That's it.

Cons

Benefits are severely limited. Policies are unclear and it seems they make up things on the fly. Incompetent upper management that avoid confrontation. Lack of support. The company used to be great and supportive, but its just like other ABA companies with a high turnover rate under the facade they really care.

Good pay, Supportive Supervisors, Rewarding Job

Cons

Hard to get a sub, Pay can be inconsistent at times due to school vacations. (You don't get paid if you don't work & schools are out many weeks during the year)
