Pros

The company's values and culture is very welcoming and supportive. AGES really does a great job to foster a culture of open communication, support and respect amongst all staff and clients. Work/life balance is not like most ABA companies - hours are flexible and do-able! Staff here is always willing to help one another through a variety of communication systems. I am very grateful and proud to work for a company like AGES!

Reasonable caseload size Mentorship Rewarding work Support from company leads Feedback heard and implemented COVID Protocol and procedures were sufficient (limited client exposures, masks/gloves/temp checks) Assessments only completed when staff is available.
