Pay to workload ratio is better than most for this job title with decent benefits. The schedule for this position is ideal for my work/life balance, M-F 630AM to 3 PM.

Cons

No upperward momentum in current department, focuses too heavily on reacting to competitors instead of being innovative, engineers get bonuses but the techs that help them finish their projects do not.
