      Pros

      A few things that I value about working for A Place for Mom are the fact that my personal values align with the companies mission. I love making a difference in the lives of seniors and their caregivers. I feel that my heart work is appreciated and recognized, and I have a great Regional Director and VP on my team.

      Cons

      I do feel that more credit could go to the healthcare account executives who are working, duplicate leads. Compensation for all and leads have been reduced recently, and I feel there is an area to improve this system.

      Pros

      Overall, the company employs good people (professionally and personally), and I enjoy the culture very much. I also am proud of the service we provide. I think my role is a very good fit for me.

      Cons

      In the time I have been here, there have been many instances of unexpected and sweeping layoffs. It creates an element of uncertainty and fear. That is probably the biggest downside to working here.

      Y’all are sending out rejections on Xmas Eve? Really? For jobs that the individual has been doing - better than you - for the past several years? You’re embarrassing.

      Cons

      Everything mentioned above, They only care about the bottom line, like all these other boring companies do in late stage capitalism.
